September 16, 2010. T'ai Chi/Taiji class at Peninsula Regional Medical Center again. Thursdays, 5:45 PM. 8 wks. Drop-ins welcome. T'ai Chi/Taiji is a form of meditation, exercise, martial arts, energy cultivation and self-discovery. There is no superior physical art! Our choreography is Yang style short form in the lineage of Professor Cheng Man-Ch'ing. But, the principles of T.C. will enhance any other martial art, fitness, or health goal. All fitness levels welcomed. Drop-in fee 10$.
May also offer 4:15 Tuesday class.

We love this outdoor location! Cold or rainy days in the community center.
2010- ongoing. Private Yoga, T'ai Chi and wellness classes to enhance a local corporate wellness program. This company realizes their work is demanding and wants to help employees with tools to manage stress levels. Way to go boss!
Ongoing: Tuesdays 10:30 AM. T'ai Chi/ Taiji at Berlin Rehab and Nursing. These chair participants rock. Soon we'll see if they reduce their falls.

Also, private, small group and single event classes are increasingly requested.

Upcoming Events 
Fair weather Sundays. Sunday mornings around 9 A.M., we'll be practicing T'ai Chi/Taiji in the Salisbury City Park by the fountain, E. Main Street Extended, Salisbury, Maryland. If it's raining, we meet under the tarp behind the Ward Museum, across from Parkside High School. Please join us. Just witnessing is healing.
